Our customers and visitors are always welcome to tour the kennel during office hours. However, we ask that you please leave your animals at home during this time. During peak feeding times, on holidays, and during relief times, there may be a wait to tour. We encourage making an appointment to tour, but it’s not necessary. We also offer courtesy pick from 4-6 pm on Sundays . Sundays are always charged as a full day of boarding.

Holiday Fees and Cancelation Policy
A $75 deposit is required for each room for any Holiday boarding reservations and spring break reservations with a minimum of 3-night stay required. This will ensure your pets will have a place to stay while you are traveling or on vacation. Cancelation period is 7 days prior to arrival date. If reservations are change or cancelled within the cancellation period, we will refund your deposit, or it can be applied to your account and can be used at a later date. All Deposits will be deducted from the final bill. If it is less than 7 days or no call or no shows you will forfeit your full deposit. There is also a $10 holiday fee per animal for the day of the Holiday.
